Removal

Removal will be by appointment only. Please contact NMC representative John Hillman to schedule 719-491-8990

All equipment may be removed starting Monday, April 16th and all items must be removed from the premises by Friday, April 27th, 2012 unless otherwise authorized by NMC.

Removal will take place during normal business hours Monday-Friday unless otherwise authorized by NMC.

No buyer will be allowed to begin removal prior to payment in full of auction invoice.

Rigging/Shipping

Buyers may use riggers of their choice meeting NMC minimum requirements. Below is a list of riggers NMC has pre-approved.

Removal to be Conducted by Licensed and Insured Riggers for all non subject to carry items.

1) Riggers will provide NMC with a copy of a minimum $2,000,000 liability insurance policy co-naming Springs Garden of the Gods, LLC; Quadrelle Realty Services, LLC; New Mill Capital, LLC at 1575 Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80907, as additional insured on a primary and non-contributory basis

2) In the "Description of Operations" section: "Spring Garden of the Gods, LLC, its agent, Quadrelle Realty Services, LLC and its employees are named as additional insured on General & Excess Liability on a primary and non-contributory basis. Waiver of Subrogation included in favor of Spring Garden of the Gods, LLC its agent, Quadrelle Realty Services, LLC and its employees on General Liability and Auto Liability."

NMC is not responsible for any items damaged during the process of removal. Buyer is responsible for the full cost of rigging and shipment.
